Cancellation and deadlines
How long each side has to answer, and what is owed when a campaign stops before it finishes.
How long each side has
- Invitations: a creator has 72 hours to answer an invitation. After that it closes and the place opens again.
- Applications: a brand has 7 days to answer an application. After that it closes and the creator is told.
- Counter-offers: each reply has 72 hours.
- Drafts: the brand has 72 hours to approve a draft or ask for changes. A draft is never approved by silence: the brand is reminded, and after 72 hours the creator can ask Reachoro's team to step in.
- Changes: the creator has 72 hours to send each new version.
- Posting: if a posting date is missed, the brand can give a new date or cancel.
- Checking the post: the brand has 72 hours to confirm it is live or ask for a fix. The creator has 72 hours to make a fix.
- A post that comes down early: the creator has 48 hours to put it back.
If a brand cancels
- Before any creator accepts: everything comes back to the brand.
- Within 24 hours of a creator accepting: everything comes back to the brand.
- After that, until the post is confirmed: the brand can only ask to end the deal, and may offer the creator an amount for work already done, up to their fee. If the creator accepts, they receive that amount, Reachoro keeps its fee and the rest comes back to the brand. If they decline or don’t answer within 72 hours, the deal carries on and its dates move by the time the request was open. Nobody uses the content of a deal ended this way. After the post is confirmed, only a dispute can end the deal early.
- If the brand doesn’t review a draft: after 14 days without a review the creator may withdraw: they aren’t paid and it doesn’t count against them, Reachoro keeps its fee and the rest comes back to the brand, which may not use the draft.
If a creator can't deliver
If a creator withdraws, the deal ends and everything comes back to the brand. If they miss a deadline or a post doesn't stay up, the brand can report it to Reachoro, whose team can end the deal with everything back to the brand.
When a fee is shared
When a deal ends by agreement, the creator receives the amount agreed, Reachoro keeps its whole fee, and the brand gets the rest back. When a dispute is decided part-way, Reachoro keeps its whole fee, the creator gets their share of their own fee, and the brand gets the rest back.
Disputes
Either side can raise a dispute before the creator is paid. The other side has 3 days to answer, and Reachoro decides within 14 business days, with its reasons.
After payment
Once a creator is paid, the deal is final.
Where money goes back
Money owed back to a brand returns to its wallet for the next campaign. Unused money can be withdrawn on request to the card that paid; the card company's fee applies only to money the brand put back by choice.
